• Brief Description:
  Conducted a comprehensive fire safety audit, identifying risks and ensuring compliance with BNBC & NFPA standards. Designed a detailed fire and life safety emergency escape plan, strategically positioning exit signage and installing it as per international and local regulations. Additionally, selected and installed fire extinguishers in accordance with safety requirements to enhance overall fire protection measures.

• Brief Description:
  A high-rise building (96 feet high) with a total area of 400,000 square feet, used for ready-made garments. Designed an active fire protection system and installed it in compliance with BNBC, Accord, and NFPA standards. Installed over 1,000 detectors, interfaced with other services like fire doors, evacuation fans, electrical services, lifts, and water flow systems. Conducted training, testing, and commissioning tasks, and handed over the project in January 2022.

• Brief Description:
  A 6-storied building used for ready-made garments, classified as Medium Hazard Group -2. Installed over 800 detectors and interfaced them with utility services, fire pumps, lifts, ventilation fans, etc., for an area of approximately 225,000 square feet.

• Brief Description:
  This ready-made garments facility, categorized as an industry, had an existing water-based protection system. Repaired and cleared all faults from the fire alarm panel to ensure smooth operation.

  A 6-storied building used for ready-made garments, classified as Medium Hazard Group -2. Installed over 1,000 detectors and interfaced them with utility services, fire pumps, lifts, ventilation fans, etc., for an area of approximately 245,000 square feet.

• Brief Description:
  A 6-storied building used for ready-made garments, classified as Medium Hazard Group -2. Installed two risers, landing valves, a pump room, and designed the pump room and reservoirs. Conducted hydraulic calculations for compliance with Bangladesh Fire and Civil Defense standards. Provided training, manuals, drawings, and documents for local trained employees. The project covered an area of approximately 245,000 square feet.
